Back from Con On The Cob. It was an awesome experience and couldn't have been better. Andy Hopp, Jamie Chambers, Larry Elmore, Bluebeard, Sean Preston, Sean Patrick Fannon were all incredible people we hung out with. The best part though, hanging out and gaming with the awesome players!!

2009-09-04 :: One At Dragoncon - 09-04-2009

John made an unexpected trip down to Atlanta, Ga on some business and is going to be taking in some sights at DragonCon on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday. Stop anyone in Kilt and Goggles and say HI, it's likely John. If you ask him nice, he'll even run a pickup game for you.You can definitely find him on Saturday at Midnight in the lobby of the Marriot, rumor has it there is something going on with kilts there . . . .

2009-08-17 :: Back From Gencon - 08-17-2009

Back from Gencon 2009. It was a great time. We didn't have an official presence but we ran a lot of pickup games and networked with a lot of people.

Highlights:

• The Bomberman style character with an 8 bit mechanical face that displayed pixel pictures for his speaking.
• The Lobsterblooded Animalia Tidal Shaman who justified killing when he found pictures of his enemies eating at The Rouge Lobster Hut.
• The 2 headed Lizardblooded carnival performer.
• The fast-talking steampunk and steampunk accessories salesman
• The every con private Crimson Armadillo game, wherein they defeated 2 armadas and started a piratical pyramid scheme to use the notoriety of their name.
• The Utilikilt pub crawl and the white-wolf after party.

Hey SVG Fans. We (Ed, John, and Ryan) will have a minor presence at Gencon this year. We won't be doing demos there, but we will be doing pickup games. Come find us during the day on Friday or Saturday by emailing or texting a message to ronsha -at- silvervinegames -dot- com . Ed's phone will be set up to receive his email for the convention. Just give us a buzz and we'll tell you were to meet us. During this time we'll likely be in the room Gencon has set aside for pickup games, so you can try and find us there. We'll be in yellow shirts and John will be in his trademark kilt and goggles.

Other places we can definitely be found:

• At a True Dungeon game on thursday 5pm.
• The Gencon dance on Saturday
• The exhibitors hall, or various games, at most other times

Hey playtesters and Silvervine fans! How would you like to see your Silvervine character featured on one of the pages in the Core Rulebook? At the beginning of each chapter, Silvervine Games is featuring a picture and writeup of your Cyrus setting characters. How do you get your character featured here? There are a multitude of ways to get your characters considered:

• Make a character with our Quick Character Creation Guide, then fill out and email us a copy of it and the Player Picture Project Release. Email us here.
• Make a character at one of our convention appearances.
• Have a signature character in one of our extended playtests, or start up your own extended playtest.

So contact us and tell us why your character is awesome. Get your character featured in the pages of Silvervine.
