Starreach

Very little is known about the city of Starreach. It is the home to the Starkindlers, Elven mages of great power. The city itself is cut off from much of civilization as it is located on the desolate peninsula of northern Pero. Very few come here without reason. Those who do have reason are either welcomed by the Starkindlers or turned away without compassion. It depends on the reason.
