Description

Besides his inadvertent creation of the art of summoning, Lurris was a renowned ranger within the armies of Wildermeet. He traveled to Clave with a contingency during the Imperial war and was rated eagle in accuracy amongst the Elven rangers. He is one of only 13 to have obtained this rating.

History/Story

Lurris was one of the first to obtain the Kyozin armor thanks to Machinations of Sharum Nahar. Originally enslaved by Sharum, Lurris was sent to obtain the armors for him. Miscalculations caused Lurris to don one of the armors and become the first bearer of the armor. Later on Lurris was also to come into possesion of some of Sharum Nahar's other experiements and become one of the first summoners. Sharum's experiments in drawing the magical essence out of creatures had the side effect of reducing their remaining essence into small statueettes. Lurris was able to use these and reclaim the spirits of the creatures. The spirits were so grateful that they chose to aid him on his journeys. Later dealings between lurris and other celestials and the Archai Gnosis were able to refine the process that creating a summon token would not take the life of the creature.
