In the lands of Pero, deep in the deserts are a group of operatives known as the Etenji. Roughly translated this means moving shadow, or dark fate. The Etenji are not called by name amongst the peopel of the desert for they fear to utter the name aloud. They believe doing so will bring the curse of the etenji down upon them. The order of shadows is said to be an offshoot, or an active branch of the nomadic group which guards the ruins around Mith-Sahar. Though little is known about them it is known that they have perfomed assasinations and burglaries of artifacts from explorers. Their motivation is unclear but their means are swift and viciously efficient. So great is their skill that many say they are dark servants of taeos who never lost acess to their magical powers.
