Gaston Marcellus the 23rd started the first offices of the explorers guild n belcraft and rumi and later on in other cities. It is a meeting place for those with special jobs needing people for dangerous jobs, and those willing to perform those jobs. The explorers guild holds small offices in many places and for the right price and fees you can post positions or needs.
The explorers guild will hire out people to find a set of ruins, will hire out the workers to excavate them, and will take only a small percentage of what you pay them to make it all happen for you. Small being a subjective term.
