Seigesuit

The pilot seat of a siege suit is often of more worth to a country than the king’s throne. Siege suite pilots are few and far between. They are, however, almost always the best an army has available. It takes a long time to learn how to pilot a siege suit and train the body for the rigors and strains of piloting . Often a pilot is wired into the suit in such as way to link their vital thoughts, emotions, and actions more swiftly with the suit, which provides greater mobility, but also greater danger to the pilot, especially if wounded. Pilots often need to encourage other people who have money to purchase a suit or convince those who already own a siege suit that they are the one who should be entrusted with the valuable weapon. Dwarves are very picky about who they will construct a siege suit for, and often a person may have enough money for buying a suit, but it does not necessarily mean that the dwarves will build him one. They often ask for a valuable, near priceless item in return for their suit, for money is commonplace. While there is certain training that all pilots can improve such as their weapons accuracy or strategy, most pilots are considered to have a specific high reflex, agility, and farsight skill that is naturally inherited through the bloodline. This bloodline is allegedly linked to Yeo’ni, the first pilot.
